Question For Those W BFPS Stabbing Sharp Pains In Belly

Hi friends! I have a question: I’m 8 DPO today and for the first time in four months of tracking signs, I’m having stabbing, sharp pains in the middle of my stomach, occasionally, but mostly when I stand up. They’re really deep ... usually right around my belly button or a few inches below or to the right or left. I’ve been feeling these for a few days and it’s peculiar! Anyone have experience with this and then get a BFP?! I’m dying to know if this is a sign (as I am with a zillion other symptoms every month!). I’m not testing until a few more days, though. Too many wasted tests over the past four months to make me learn my lesson!

I don't know, but I had the same thing 2nights ago when I got up and stretched. I was 10dpo at that time.

Babydreams---I also had sharp pains about 2 or 3 days past O...just a couple of times, and then last night (I am about 6/7dpo today) I stood up and got that stab in my right side of my tummy around my ovary. It's much too soon for me to test...but I'm really hoping that these annoying pains are good signs for us! Sorry that I don't have a BFP story to share for you...but just wanted to let you know that you're not alone!

Don't know if what you are feeling is pregnancy or not, but I have two kids and did feel sharp pains, more with my first. I have found out since then that this is the uterus beginning to stretch the ligaments that hold it, but if I remember right I didn't feel this until I began to get a little bigger about 2 1/2, 3 months or so.

I'm 12dpo and yes, i've tested yesterday and today and just got a bfn both times. So hopefully it's too early , if not I don't know.

I would love to keep you posted on testing! I have felt a few more cramps or something down there today. But nothing too major. Trying to keep my feet grounded if you know what I mean. Best of luck to us all :)

I've been having the same thing babydreams. AF should arrive tomorrow. I tested yesterday afternoon bfn. I'm waiting until tomorrow morning to test again! I'm hoping the pains are good signs!!

Alright ladies ... now I’m sitting at my desk, and the pains feel kind of like dull aches really low in my abdomen. Odd!! I’ve never felt this kind of sensation before. CP is v-high and firmish (tip is soft), and CM is hardly noticeable at all. Still no bb tenderness. That’s what always makes me think I’m not PG every month, because I never get bb tenderness. Anyway, I’m 8 dpo, so we’ll see what happens tomorrow! : )

Hi again! Sorry for being so me-focused, but I’m scratching my head here and would love comments from you all! So, I’m 9 DPO today, and usually by this point, any sharp pains in my belly are long gone. But, today, I’ve got a bit more, especially after I stand up! I don’t expect AF for another two, maybe three days. I haven’t tested yet ... but here’s what I’m wondering: Anyone out there get these deep, middle-of-belly twinges/pains, and not turn up with a BFP? Or did you? Thanks! : )

Hi babydreams, tested again today and bfn. I'm 13dpo and expecting af sunday. I don't know what to think. I've got bb tenderness and have had those sharp stabs but only 2 or 3 times, it's not a constant thing. I was having some cramping too, but still bfn. I guess I"ll jsut wait till sunday and test again then if af doesn't come. Good Luck to you. I hope you get a bfp!
