so I had unprotected sex on December 1, and on December 11th had what I believe was my period.... was this actually the egg implantation blood secretion or my period?

Not much info here! If I assume you have a 28 day regular cycle with last period starting Nov 22nd and ovulation Dec 6th, sperm from Dec 1 could have lasted until ovulation and resulted in implantation Dec 11th. Due date would be Aug 30th.
