lately I have been waking up at night with a pain in my upper thighs when I lay on my left side I get the pain on my right side and vice versa. Also I've recently been having back pain so bad that I can barely stand up. Could this be a my body preparing itself for pregnancy. I have the implant but do not use condoms.

Well, you do have a couple of early pregnancy signs, but the implant is so effective the signs are probably from that. Run a pregnancy test if you get really worried.
