Is It Possible I Am Pregnant?

We decided to wait about a year before trying for kids, so in october last year I went on sprintec 28 day. I have taken it religiously, at the same time daily, never missing a single pill. On march 25th we had unprotected sex. The next  day when it was time to take my pill, I couldn't find my pack anywhere. I missed the last two active pills in  the pack. Online it says these are the most important ones. I started my placebo week without any placebo pills, and planned to just pick up my new pack and start after the "withdrawal bleed week". My "period" ended up not coming till 5 days into what would have been the placebo week, but because i missed 2 active pills that made 7 days exactly. I started my new pack on the same day it started. A week and a half later, I started getting some pregnancy symptoms. I had mild cramping, bloating, slight dizziness even when sitting, and sore breasts. I took a test in the middle of the day to just get it done I guess, but it was negative. I put it out of my mind after that. Till a week later I realized I still had those symptoms and now had itchy nipples, vivid dreams, creamy mucus, brown spotting, slight fatigue, and am getting full very quickly/not really actually feeling hungry. My next placebo week is in a week and one day, but do I need to wait till then to get a positive test? Is it even possible I got pregnant at all? I realize i technically got a period, but my birth control periods arent even real ones. They are just stretchy clear red mucus for about 6 days no clots or anything. Also from what im understanding, if i missed those last couple pills, then its highly probable i ovulated. And sperm live inside the uterus for about 6 days, and it takes a fertilized egg 6-12 days to travel and implant. So from this in my mind its possible that even if i had a period it just happened in the time frame that the egg was still traveling. But can anyone give their input or opinion? I don't want to just show up at the doctor sounding like a crazy lady reading into every sign.

Tori, I think the doctor pregnancy visit should wait until you get a positive test. Test once a week. If your system does not get back to normal by the next pill pack in May, that would justify a visit too.

We should not take risks involving our health. I hope you understand. I was your good luck. I hope you get what you want. I hope to hear more soon. Lots of love and support. take care. Good luck

Hi, tori1215. I trust you are doing great. Your circumstance is very confounding. I am not sure what the correct response is here. I can comprehend the weight you are experiencing. I would propose you go for a blood test. They are very useful in this circumstance. They will let you know precisely what is going on inside your body. I trust it will be all fine. Try not to stress over it this much. In reality, TTC is a very difficult journey. It requests loads of patience and tolerance. I wish all of you the absolute best. Remain favored and strong. I wish you good luck with everything.
