Missed Period And Dry Vagina

hi,
iam 28 years old. I have never missed a single period in my life.No birth control pills. Now my periods is 6 days late and sometimes feel very dry below.Other than missed period I don't have any symptoms of pregnancy. Can I be pregnant?
Sometimes my pelvic bone pains and my upper abdomen feel bloated after meals.
why suddenly these changes.

Weird. One hit suggests perimenopause and you are too young for that. Your hormones must be out of order and doctor tests will be needed to figure out why.

Perimenopause ?Me and my hubby were planning to have a baby. I thought I may be pregnant. But this dry vagina is making me to worry a lot.i will wait for few more days before visiting a doctor:(
