Recently Off Birth Control, Pregnant Or Post BC Symptoms

Hi everyone- I'm looking for a little guidance. I stopped taking birth control last month and I'm trying to conceive. I experienced headaches, heartburn, cold, and nipple sensitivity. I felt cramping throughout the month.. I'm assuming ovulation pains. I also experienced cramping around the time I should have started my period. My period hasn't come yet and I'm 4 days late. I look two pregnancy tests (one the day I was suppose to get my period and one the next day).. both BFN. I still feel mild cramping now and then. I'm not sure if I'm just experiencing symptoms of being off of birth control or if I am possibly pregnant. Anyone have any insight or has anyone experienced this?
