8 Months Son Doesn't Eat Or Drink Anything Except Breastfeed

My baby doesn't eat or drink anything without breast milk. Can I use cow milk or anything else as alternative? Sometimes his toilet like as diarrhea for one or two days.
I am vary worried about this issue; what should I do now?
