Yes you can have it even if you are not pregnant. I have had one all my life and even if it sounds stupid, I never really knew what the dark line running down my belly on was called and what caused it. And mine is pretty noticeable too.

Well you can totally have a linea nigra without being pregnant. I have had one all my life and it is pretty noticeable too. And even if it sounds stupid, until recently I did not know what the line running down my belly on was called or what caused it.
