What does it mean when the baby "drops" and how can you tell?

well the docs say my baby has "dropped" which is when the baby basically drops its head into possision in your cervics. to me it feels like a lot of pressure all the time, especially when i have to go to the bathroom. it almost hurts when i have to go to the bathroom cuz there is so much pressure. and i get a lot of cramping in my lower abdomen when he moves, because his head is so far down. hope that helps

they say when the baby drops he or she is preparing their self for birth and it usually happens in the eigth month and how to tell i would like to know that myself.

I have been able to tell with both of my pregancies because the pressure on your lungs decreases and the pressure on your bladder increases. You can breathe a lot easier, but you can't walk 5 steps without needing to pee.
