Be sure to also research with your lab reports to see if you are at risk for some of the many side effects like polyps, cancer, and long term infertility. I did my research online and the clomid that I got in the mail is the real thing...I matched up what it looks like and the outside of the box, pharmacutical company etc. I know that there are risks in taking any medication unprescribed or prescribed.

Yes, there are always risks...just there are much higher risks when you are taking a drug that you haven't been "cleared" for and aren't being monitored while taking. That is why I suggest getting the pre-ovulation ultasound. At least then a trained tech can tell you if you're reacting in a safe and healthy way, as far as the ov stimulation goes.
