Okay I have been bleeding for 3 nights now only during the night. It's slightly heavy and pinkish red sometimes brownish pink and sometimes very light. I am also very extremely tired and nausaed through the whole day am I possibly pregnant with twins I really need to know I'm scared someone plz help I already have 3 kids I'm scared to have 5.
