Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has ever had their children in KinderCare, and if so how was your experience? Also, does anyone know the desirable or standard baby to caregiver ratio? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have used KinderCare in the past - many years ago in Spokane, WA and we are using KinderCare right now in Peoria, AZ. We have a 2 year old daughter and she LOVES the teachers. I have found the kids to be well monitored and they do many activites. Are there specific questions I can answer about them? About the ratio - I don't recall if it is different for every state or not, but in AZ for infants it is 1:5 or 2:11. Best of luck - ld

I like KinderCare. Baby is 1:4 along with Toddlers. When you enter Pre-A (2 year olds) it goes up to 1:8

The baby to caregiver ratio recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics is 3:1, until age 2 when it is 4:1.

I used to go to KinderCare when I was little. I loved it.
