I have been on Maturnity leave for 12weeks. I am supposed to return to work on July 6th. I was told the position I had been filled and was offered the almost same poition 50miles away from where I currently work. I thought they were required to hold my position. Yet the girl they hired has been there for 4 weeks. That means I had only been out 8 weeks when they replaced me.
