I Have Nt Had A Risk Assesment

I am currently 22weeks pregnant, i have only had 1 risk assesment done in my workplace, i went for my 20 week scan and i was told i had a low line placenta, i told my workplace but they still put me on heavy lifting work. I went to the doctors and got a sick note for 2 weeks but im scared of going back to work ans causing harm to myself and my unborn child.

i woud get another dr.note that says no lifting over a certain weight (one that you and your doc set together) that way you wont have to do heavy lifting you will be soing something that is less risky and your boss cant do anything about it
