I have applied for a position within my organization, but in a different division, and it looks like I will be interviewed. I am obviously pregnant (7 months) and several on the committee know that I am pregnant. I want to address this fact in my interview, since they cannot, to let them know that I am flexible and possibly what my current maternity leave plans are. I don't have to worry about benefits, since I am still in the same organization-will still get FMLA and would keep my sick/vacation time, health insurance, etc. Has anyone else been in a similar interview situation and how or did you address your pregnancy? This is not the most opportune time for me to take a new job, but the opportunity is too good to pass. I know the division is fairly family friendly and I don't want to ignore the obvious (my giganto belly). Suggestions?

I would address the issue when you are explaining how you will be able to do the job. I would bring it up by saying as you know I am expecting a baby on July 15th and I am planning on taking 12 weeks for maternity leave beginning on July1st. I am willing to do these things in order to make this work. Etc.
