Private Bus Transportation

I am 9 weeks pregnant and currently take a private bus to and from work. I would like to enroll my baby at the daycare in the building inwhich I work. I would like to continue to take the bus to work once I have the baby, but am concerned about being prohibited from doing so. What are my rights in this situation? I believe I would be the first one to attempt this.
