I know this may not be the right forum but i need some help/advice. I am currently on unemployment because my company closed and laid me off my second month of pregnancy. I have not gotten another job yet because my pregnancy has been filled with complications (severe dehydration, hyperimesis gravidarum, bleeding, etc) So now I am almost 6 months. My unemployment will run out in my 8th month and I want to be with my baby 'til I start grad school next fall. So my question is, does anyone know of any disability or anything I may be qualified to get in the meantime when my unemployment runs out? I am in NY state if that helps at all. All advice is appreciated. Thanks!
