My husband and I have been discussing starting our family, we are ready in every way. We don't want to push things but just want them to happen naturally. We don't tend to have s_x too often and usually use protection. Just to get things started we didn't use a condom 1 time during my time of ovulation. We are both very healthy and my cycle are very regular. What are the chances of getting pregnant the first time?

Hi Jamie, if you are on a 28 day cycle, your most fertile day will be the 15th day (counting the first day of your period as day 1). I'm 36 years of age and my partner and i have been ttc for several months now. I was sure that i had "missed the boat" so to speak and that i was too old but following some tips from the doc for example, propping your b___tocks under a pillow with your legs in the air (how romantic!) for at least half hour afterwards seemed to have done the trick for me - i am now six weeks pregnant!
