Im 24 And Always Have Irregular Period

I'm 24 and still virgin, I had my first period at the age of 14 and I always have missing or irregular period and I don't understand it.My question to you is,am I gonna have pregnancy problem?what can I do to solve this problem because I don't wanna involve gynechologists anymore.please,help
