Breastfeeding isn't a painful thing at all. It doesn't have anything to do with b___st size. At first when your milk is just coming in there can be some pain or discomfort. This is just because your body isn't sure how much milk the baby needs yet. If you keep nursing through this stage, your body regulates how much milk it needs based on demand.
