Alcohol And Breast Feeding

I would really enjoy a glass of wine in the evening- but I feel guilty worrying if it will harm my dd. I have read a lot of conflicting advice online. Who has some info or an informed opinion to share?

If you look under the infant care forum, someone asked this same question a few weeks ago ... I already talked to my Dr. about it & wrote my answer that forum, along with allot of other great answers from other moms.... check it out.

Under Infant care, it was "drinking wine while b___stfeeding, OK or not?" It's near the bottom of the 1st page.

Thanks Whitney, I read the comments and they were pretty helpful. I've kind of been trying to do the same thing. Drink maybe one drink and then wait 2-3 before BFing.
