when will the bleeding stop after cesarian delivery?

Its been almost 4 weeks after my cesarean and I still have some occansional spotting

I had mine dec 1st and I'm still having bleeding off and on. I think mine might be a problem but the doc says it's my hormones are confused. Usually it last up to 6 weeks and can vary.

I had a depo shot after my c-section and bled heavily for four months. My doc said it was normal. I never had another depo shot.
