I had my c - section almost 5 months ago, and I still feel pain and numbness from my belly b___ton down to my insicion. The doc keep telling me it may last up to one year, but all the stuff I am reading from other mother's say it could last longer. It is major surgury, and may take a few years. It depends on your body. I wish I would have better news as well! Fell better!

Yes I had 4 c-sections and was numb. It takes some time for the nerves to heal, but they do.

I was wondering the same thing. It's been four weeks since the c-section for me and my lower belly is still numb. I have slowly and little by little been gaining some feeling back in some parts of it, but not all of it. I'm also wondering if I will ever feel it again and if so, how much longer will it be?
