Weak Legs And Pain In My Knees

I had a spinal block with my c-section. I was in a lot of pain when I got home. (I had the c-section in Jan. 2005). Since then I'm having trouble squatting. Its very painful to squat or kneel. I can't get back up without pushing myself up with my hands. At that point, my legs are shaking really bad. Anyone experience this before and if so, what can be done? Will it go away in time?
