Muscle Bunching After C Section

I had a c-section 4 yrs. ago and have a muscle that seems to be detached? When I cough, vomit, or use my abdominal muscles, a muscle in my left side gets unbearably painful and rises up my abdomin and turns into a big lump. You can see it move like I have an alien in there! After I relax and take some deep breaths I can watch it go back down. Like most of you my GP and my GYNO both act like it's normal and it's just something I have to live with. Has anyone else experienced this?
