Two Years Since Second C Section Late Periods

I have had two wonderful boys both by c section. My youngest has just turned two and now I have been having late periods. I have always been regular and I have been checked for cysts and had my pap and both came our normal. I don't take birth control pills or anything like that and I have had my blood check for pregnancy and that came out neg too. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Oh.. I also left out that it hurts to have s_x also and it feels like my period wants to come..
