Uneven Abdomen After C Section Vaginal Heaviness

3 months post c section, I noticed that my abdomen was unusually big, as if there was still a baby inside-- I still look 5 months pregnant, it is also hard when I'm standing but when im lying down it feels like jello. I addressed my concern by going to a different gyne ( I was turned off by my old gyne since she said I should have ligation when I asked when it is safe to be pregnant again, at 36 she said I was sooo old to have another and that it will be high risk, plus my c section had discharge and took sometime to heal, unlike my first), the new gyne immediately diagnosed me with an incisional hernia, and requested for an ultrasound--she said too that I need to be operated on for fear of strangulation, operation was ASAP!!! The ultrasound turned out positive, but I felt I needed a second and third opinion, Then I consulted with a general surgeon . His initial diagnosis too was hernia but just to be positively sure he asked for a CT scan with oral contrast, and to my surprise the result was negative. Even the surgeon was surprised, after verifying with the radiologist he ruled out hernia...and the diagnosis was an irregularly distended abdominal wall... I asked what was the remedy he said there was none. Has anyone had this problem? Im really worried.
