White Bumps Coming Out Of Incesion

I had a c section (repeat) 4 weeks ago. I have noticed a tear in my incesion, about 1 1/4 inch long, 3/4 inch wide - not deep. There are white lumps coming out, and it hurts. I did not have this with my 1st c section. It is also draining a clear and yellow tinged fluid. The rest of the incision looks great and does not hurt. Doid any one else have this problem? Should I panic, and run to ER, or see my OBGYN Monday? This 2nd section seems to Hurt alot more than the 1st and taking longer to heal. Helpful advice needed>>>

I had the same problem with my first c-section. Although mine healed pretty quickly and the draining didn't last long. I would definitely call the doctor on Monday. I haven't had any problems since it has healed and I am pregnant with my second child.
