I know you're not supposed to have soft cheeses but is the blue cheese pasturized if it's in the salad dressing?

I ate blue cheese and all kinds of other cheeses during my pregnancy and did not have any problems.

I have read on books that you should avoid blue cheese dressing (because of the kind of cheese)
