My dr and a few other dr's that are very conservative have said that you can have upto 2 cups of coffee a day. You don't want to consume anymore than 300mg of caffeine a day. Also my dr had mentioned that not all the caffeine is pa__sed through the placenta. You should be fine, just drink a lot of water afterwards. I have been drinking a little bit of coffee three times a week since my 15 th week, I'm now 38 weeks and my baby is fine. Enjoy!
