yeah, heat it up many times before you eat it. do this with all deli meats because they all have terrible bacteria that pose like a 00000.1% chance of making someone ill. most time, it's immune compromised people, but, hey, better safe than sorry right?

You must heat that meat! Are you also watching out for those deli nitrates and nitrites in other meats? As soon as mine is out I'm going to go deli crazy!
