I've been heating up deli meat in the microwave until it gets hot and then sometimes I'll take a sandwich to work for lunch the next day. Is this ok?

R, I'm not sure of this, but my hubby & I were wondering the same...........I hope somebody out there has an answer to this???

My doctor said you are OK to eat deli meat as long as you heat it first in microwave. You should not eat it cold.
