dried apricots and prunes, can't seem to get enough beets -I pour ranch dressing on them, veggies and dip, sugar free jell-o, cereal -Total has all those extra vitamins and you can get a dairy serving as well, I also like dry cereal like mini wheats with raisins or frosted mini wheats to munch on instead of chips.

KLM, beets?????? ugggg ...the thought of them makes me queasy (lol). But I agree with you about the total. I eat a good bowl of them for breakfast usually and they are good w/crushed walnuts on top w/milk. Lots of good nutrients. I feel more energetic when I get my total. I like the cherry essence "dried plums". They are good and will help if you're having a little trouble w/going to the bathroom. They hit me like a ton of bricks within a few hours and they are really tasty.
