I heard that Spinach can deplete calcium or iron needed for the baby??? Is this true....should I avoid spinach?

Check out - (http://www.wholehealthmd.com/refshelf/foods_view/1,1523,35,00.html) It sounds all positive to me. Here is a small bit of what it says:SPINACH IS exceptionally rich in carotenoids, including beta-carotene and lutein, and also contains quercetin, a phytochemical with antioxidant properties. Spinach is rich in vitamins and minerals, particularly folate (folic acid), vitamin K, magnesium, and manganese; it also contains more protein than most vegetables.
