To drink eggnog? I know it's pasteurized, but just wondering??

As long as it's not the kind made with raw eggs...if it's custard based or something thats ok.

Lisa, I had a half cup of eggnog yesterday, and on the carton it said there were egg yolks as part of the ingredient? Do you think I have anything to worry about?

Did the carton say pasturized? there are probably some egg nogs that are not pasturized but the great majority will be. If you do not feel ill don't worry about it, next time just make sure it is pasturized.

Yes, the carton said pasteurized. And I didn't feel ill so that's good!
