No Breakfast Because Of 12 Hours Sleep Every Night

I am 14 weeks preg and since early pregnancy I have been sleeping till about 11am every day due to extra tiredness. This way I don't feel tired in the day and don't have to take naps in the afternoon. However, it means that I am skipping breakfast as I don't eat my first meal until 11am...is that bad? I eat really healthily during the day and get plenty of fruit, water, vegetables, wholegrain etc. I always have a big evening meal and I have an evening snack of fruit or youghurt at around 9pm. Is it okay to be going from 9pm in the evening till 11am the next day, without any fluids or food, when I get plenty of healty foods and 2 litres of water from midday till evening?????

I would think so because you're body is sleeping, you're basically shut down and not exerting any extra work on your body. If you eat when you get up and eat when you're hungry I think you'll be fine. It does not matter how much you eat, it's what you eat that counts. You need a bit extra when pregnant; but not really a whole lot more. Just remember to drink lots of fluids! :)
