I just found out on Wednesday that I am 12 weeks pregnant. I am concerned about the health of the fetus because I haven't been taking vitamins and up until Wednesday, I have been consuming too much caffeine. I really wasn't properly preparing my body for pregnancy. What are the possible effects on my baby?

Don't listen to Rachel she has no idea what she's talking about. Obviously telling you that your baby could die, please, that's not going to happen. Just start taking really good care of your self now and avoid all the caffeine and take your prenatal vitamins....good luck.

Don't listen to Rachel she has no idea what she is talking about. Most women have been drinking, smoking and drinking pop not knowing. Just start up on your vitamins, eat well and drink lots of fluid and try to exercise. You'll be fine and so will your baby! :)
