When I was pregnant with my first son I went from 120 pounds to 210 pounds the day I delivered. He just turned 2 years old in July and I am still at 170 pounds. I just found out that I'm pregnant again and I m so scared of gaining a lot of weight! I find myself skipping meals and ignoring hunger pains and I don't want to hurt my baby. Please help! If you have any advice on how to gain as little weight as possible I would love to hear it. (I had gestational diabetes and toxemia with my first pregnancy)

I went from 120 to 183. If I was to become pregnant again. I would change my eating habits, and walk more, and take a yoga cla__s to keep fit. I ate because I was bored.
I had to rest the first few months because I was bleeding, at my 5 & 6 month. I walked a bit, but by my 7th I was already big, and uncomfortable. Cut out sweets and be light on the carbs. Eat good, no junk food.
My child is 5 months old, and I am down to 146. It's hard losing the weight after, as you already know.
Eat right, and walk as much as you can, even if it's only 15-30 minutes a day. Good luck, and congrats!
