It says Ethel Alcohol on the bottle so is vanilla extract a no no when you are pregnant? - I like to put a teaspoon in warm milk before bed

Perhaps you should buy some imitation vanilla extract. It does not contain alcohol. Or some Carnation Instant Breakfast in vanilla flavor.
