Does anyone know of any good Websites that enable you to check which vitamin and mineral supplements are ok to take during pregnancy? One with a comprehensive list or search option on it would be good.....

I don't know of a good website for this. I do know you don't want to overdose on vitamin A - no more than 4,000 IU because over 10,000 IU can be toxic? I take Eniva, which is a liquid vitamin/mineral that has 5,000 IU of A (I think I'm safe, but that's my call) folic acid, calcium, C, zinc, copper, B6, D, E, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and B12. This is what my prenatal should have in it according to "What to Expect When You're Expecting" book. Basically, it has everything but iron b/c calcuim and iron don't work together. You might try the Eniva website, which is Eniva.com. Pricey, but excelent. I was on it before I got pregnant and when I found out it had folic acid in it already, wow, what a relief! :)

I think taking a good pre-natal will suffice..I am on Natelle-ez and they seem to work pretty good for me.
