Today, I felt dizzy and nausea after I ate this chicken mushroom, in which I cooked myself. I don't know why it's happening. D u think it's possible that I got food poisoning, will it harm my baby? I threw up after that though..but still worried, please answer!!!

i ate at a fast food restaurant and began throwing up and had diarhea, so did another one of my co-workers. could this be food poisoning and can it hurt my baby?
