I have a book that says Pa__sion flower may be harmful!
no, pa__sion flower is ok. it is a gentle and safe sedative, great for
insomnia, especially when one can't fall back to
sleep
in the middle of the night. Make a strong tea before
bed, drink some and leave the rest on your bedside
to
sip if you awake.

Does anyone know if it's safe to drink green tea during pregnancy?
I have heard that green tea is unsafe during pregnancy because it may cause spina bifida in the fetus.
doesn't cause it, it is suggested that it may block folate absorbtion. folate deficiencies are what lead to neural tube defects such as spina bifida.
