I felt the same in early pregnancy. Dont worry it is normal because of the nausea. Just make sure you do eat something even if its a few small things here and there...just make sure you take your prenatal vitamins and drink water when you cant eat!! Dont worry, trust me you will get your appet_te back in a BIG way when you are in the second trimester!! Good Luck!

You actually don't need all that many calories in the first trimester so rest easy (or as easy as you can, I suppose, LOL) The baby needs more calories in the second and third trimesters because it's then that they put on weight. Your body let's you know this too by being more hungry during these months. It's perfectly fine to even lose weight during the first trimester from being nauseous (just don't diet or ever attempt to actually lose weight!) and it will be compensated for later on in your pregnancy. If it get's to ridiculous though, talk to your healthcare provider because there are some more severe instances where a women's diet needs to be supplemented. Try to find foods that don't irritate your stomach and never forget to take your prenatal vitamins!
