No Eating After 6p M To Morning

i don want to eat after 6p.m to morning. is that bad for baby? i'm 6 weeks pegnant right now. i just want to loos some weight. plz help.

Now is absolutely not the time to be losing weight.YOU ARE PREGNANT!!!!! Eat healthy and get lots of exercise, no dieting!

Why don't you just try eating very small meals throughout the day. You don't have to consume a huge quant_ty of food, but you do need to keep your system even. Instead of a full supper, just eat a little plate. Then, a couple of hours later, eat a little more. I found at 6 weeks that instead of being fat, I was actually constipated and bloated. Metamucil helped that a lot. Your body is moving food more slowly now so that the baby can get nutrients. Eating small meals will help you to feel less bloated, and perhaps keep you from trying to diet (which you should NOT do).

You are pregnant! You are supposed to be gaining a little weight. Like Vic said, eat small meals, and if you are hungry between 6pm and morning, EAT. If you let yourself get really hungry because you want to loose weight, you could harm your developing baby. My friend was always worried about her weight while pregnant, and had one stillborn, malformed baby, and another born with serious complications who almost died. Both were caused by malnutrition. You will have plenty of time to lose wieght after baby is born, now is not the time.

Also, eating healthy food full of the right nutrients will keep your weight gain steady while providing baby with all he/she needs. Junk food will stack the weight on while not giving much in the way of nutrition.
