how can i eat healthy and at the same timefulfill my cravings.iam at my first trimester and i am hungry all the ti me,ihad some bad experiencebefore so iam not allowed to do much of exercise iam off work because iwork with kids what can i do ? help me!

Hi Cindy, Well as you already know you must gain weight while pregnant and how much you are supposed to gain depends on what size your Fetus will be when it becomes a baby and is born as well. I don't know your situation, and if you were considered underweight before you got pregnant. What I do know, is that if you were underweight before you got pregnant, that could be a reason why you are hungry all the time. Therefore, my advice to you would be, not to worry too much about how much weight you will gain. In general, if you eat ONLY healthy food, NO JUNKFOOD at all, and feed your appet_te until you are sufficiently full, you don't have to be overly full after you eat. Just normal like you were before you were pregnant. Drinking alot of water helps too. Try to avoid salt in foods and processed foods too. Let us know how it goes, and good luck.
