Some sites say no, some say yes. Honestly, I am sure there is someone, somewhere who got pregnant on their period. Maybe they had s_x on the last day and ovulated a short time after. If you have s_x during the first few days, it is extremely unlikely that you could get pregnant. I think the odds of getting pregnant on the pill are greater than getting pregnant on your period.

It can and it has gotten women pregnant but it is not the best supplier of sperm. The chances of becoming pregnant from pre-c_m is slim.
