This is not an ad - really! I found this site called babyfit.com and it's very cool. You can enter in all your food intake for the day and it calculates and keeps record of how many calories, fibre, protein, calcium etc. that you have ingested and also gives you a comparative to what you "should" be getting according to your wieght/height/weeks pregnant. I found it useful because I have a hard time keeping track of what food has what and how much I need and this made it way easier.
