A few things!
I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant with my first child. At about 4 weeks before I knew I was pregnant I went out and had sushi and sashimi. I know now that I’m pregnant not to eat raw fish. However I love California rolls and especially the flying fish roe they put on top. Sometimes I’ll get the flying fish roe(tobiko) sushi. Are the eggs bad or can I still eat them? I don’t know if they are considered “raw fish”. Also are ell rolls(Unagi) ok to eat? Since the eel is steamed and isn’t on the list of high mercury fish. Finally I read that eating seaweed is bad. Is that true. I grew up in seaweed snacks and I love eating plain roasted seaweed. Should I stop that or is that still ok.
