No - all meat that you eat should be well done. You should also avoid cold-cuts due to risks of the bacteria listeria, raw eggs (salmonella) and unpasteurized milk and cheese. Oh, as well as hot dogs and certain sausages due to the nitrates/nitrites.

Probably not a great idea. My Mother in Law told me that she craved raw meat all through her pregnancy, and one even ate raw, frozen hamburger. EW. You should go out for a burger, eat a cooked steak, or maybe a big spinach salad would help. You're probably craving iron.

If you need iron a much better way to get it is in blackstrap mola__sas. Just take a tablespoon a day. It is also a good source of calcium.
