Want A Heavy Baby

My ultrasound at 30 weeks shows that the baby is 3 pounds. I want a heavy baby, atleast more than 7 pounds at the time of birth. My first born was only 6 pounds. Is there anything I can do to make sure the baby is heavy. Please advice me on some diet changes, or any vitamin drink. I find it difficult to comprehend how a baby can gain the max weight in the next 2 months. Please help.

I know a few woman who were told they were having a six pound baby and they had an 8 1/2 pounder as well, I know woman who were advised that they were having a minimum 8 pounder and they ended up having a 5 or 6 pounder. Ultrasounds after the first trimester are not as acurate and in the third trimester, even less acurate, You may just be one of those woman who carry smaller babies. That's not a bad thing. I don't think that there is much you can do about your babies weight at this point. Your baby will gain weight according to it's genetic make-up. As long as you are eating and getting enough calories and nutrition, then you shouldn't worry about it too much. A healthy baby is the most important thing - at any weight.
